Are there any side effects for prolonged use of my current nasal spray?
Yes. Some of the side effects can be rebound congestion, damage and holes in the sinus mucosa and high blood pressure or increase in blood pressure.
How long with SprayFree4Me method take?
Well, it isn't instant, but it is slow for a reason. The time it takes helps to ensure that you are able to breathe comfortably and succeed with this process. Average time it takes is 4 months. Some less, some more. However, 4 months is not so long when the method works and you have been trying without success previously for many months or even years.
Are there other methods I can try before I try yours?

Why am I addicted to nasal spray?
The drugs in nasal sprays work really well at relieving congestion. But if used for more than 3 or 4 days, rebound congestion can occur. So you use another dose. Every 6 hours become 4, then 2 and for some, even less. You can't do without it.

Is this a scam? And why don't I give the information out free?
No. I really was addicted to nose spray and I really couldn't find a way to get off it using other methods. I came up with my own method and it really did work. I was so confident that it would work for almost anybody, that I wanted to spread the word. I wanted to give the opportunity cheaply, but I couldn't do it free. Other than this website, I have a full time job, a husband and three children. I am not rich by no means. What will my physician say and do about my nose spray addiction? They will tell you to quit. It is not healthy. They may try steroids which can cause weight gain and a decrease in your immune system. They may tell you to try saline or other prescription nasal sprays. They may even tell you you have to have surgery on your sinus. They are not familiar with my method yet, but I have told my ear, nose and throat about it and he agrees with me that it is a good method to try. I am also currently trying to get this method out to ear, nose and throat doctors and make them aware of it.
